Your hardest moments aren’t here to define you.
They are here to awaken your power.

Hi! I'm Raluca!
Reflecting on my childhood, I often felt like something was inherently wrong with me. I perceived that those around me, including my family, were either frustrated or amused by my behavior. I was often called “too sensitive,” and that label stuck with me.
As I grew up, I tried to prove the opposite—I wanted to show I was strong, capable, and able to handle anything. I learned to hide my emotions and pushed myself to be the one who always had it together.
By 30, I had everything that looked like success on paper. I studied economics and marketing, earned a Master’s in Human Resources in France, and spent 9 years working in corporate roles at companies like Fiat and Manpower Group. I kept climbing the ladder, taking on more and more responsibility—but something inside me felt off.
“Is this the life I really want to live?”
That question started quietly in the background… but it didn’t go away.
As I entered my 30s, I felt more and more disconnected and unfulfilled. On the outside, everything seemed fine. But inside, I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to keep living a life that didn’t feel true to me—or pass that feeling down to my children.
So I began the real inner work.
I dove into personal development—books, therapy, trainings, and deep self-reflection. Slowly, I started to reconnect with parts of myself I had ignored or silenced for years.
And something shifted.
I realized how much I love connecting with people on a deeper level. I found meaning in helping others rediscover who they are underneath the noise, the pressure, the labels. And I understood something even more powerful: I wasn't just learning how to know myself—I was learning how to face and overcome the inner and outer challenges that held me back.
“What if my sensitivity isn’t something to fix... but something to honor?”
That thought changed everything for me. After years of pushing my emotions aside, I began to see my sensitivity as a gift. A gift that allows me to truly listen, guide, and connect with others at a deep level.
Now, I help people do the same.
I work with high-achievers who find themselves in a personal or professional crisis—or stuck in a loop of overthinking—and guide them through a powerful process of transformation. Together, we uncover the root cause of their struggle, dissolve emotional blocks, and move toward purposeful, grounded action.
This isn’t surface-level mindset work. I don’t believe in generic advice or quick fixes. I help people reclaim their story, shift their perception, and create meaningful change, from the inside out.
Because I care deeply. Not just about results, but about people. I believe that when one person grows and develops, we all rise.

Why I chose coaching: A path that finally felt true to me
Turn suffering into meaning
I chose coaching because I want to contribute—deeply and meaningfully. I've lived through suffering, and I’ve learned that it’s not the events themselves, but how we perceive them, that shapes our experience.
Today, my greatest motivation is to show others that suffering can be transformed. It’s possible to find peace, strength, and clarity—and I’m here to guide that process.
Creating a life that feels like you
I truly believe that life feels different when you live in alignment with who you are. When you know what matters to you, when your actions match your values, life becomes more meaningful, more peaceful, and more alive.
I love seeing people reconnect with their priorities, drop the pressure to be someone they’re not, and finally feel fulfilled in their everyday life. You can see it in their eyes, that spark, that light. It’s real. And it inspires me every single day.
That’s the kind of life I help others create, one that feels true, purposeful, and deeply their own.
A space of balance and presence
I chose coaching because it feels like home. When I’m in session, I’m fully present, calm, and completely myself. It’s the kind of work that flows naturally—where I feel aligned, alive, and exactly where I’m meant to be.
Through my work, I experience honest conversations, deep emotional clarity, and the kind of trust that makes transformation possible. These connections don’t just fulfill me, they energize me.

My approach to coaching
In my work, I primarily use:
Dr. John Demartini is an American researcher who has dedicated his life to studying a wide range of sciences and to education. He has studied over 30,000 books in fields such as mathematics, physics, astronomy, biology, psychology, and anatomy. What makes his work unique is the way he applies universal laws—found across all these disciplines—to human behavior.
The result is a scientific, even mathematical method: a structured series of questions designed to bring perception into balance and to make unconscious dynamics conscious. This process creates mental, emotional, and physical integration—and brings about a sense of order, love, and clarity.
Through this method, I help people reconnect with their inner power, “heal” their past and emotional wounds, move beyond a victim mindset, and see life and relationships from a more balanced perspective. From this place of clarity and inner alignment, they’re able to make intentional choices and build a life that feels purposeful, authentic, and fulfilling.
